Shipping policy

At Brand Penthouse, we ensure your products are delivered securely and on time. Please review our shipping terms for both physical and digital products below.

Digital Products

All digital products, including templates, programs, and memberships, will be delivered via email. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to access your digital product. Please note that no physical product will be shipped for digital purchases.

If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. For any issues with accessing your digital content, contact us at support@brandpenthouse.com.

Physical Products

For physical products, we offer a 30-day return policy. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. If we experience any delays beyond this processing time, you will be notified by email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your physical order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries for physical products. International shipping charges, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking for Physical Products

Once your physical product has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Brand Penthouse is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you realize there is an error in your shipping information, please contact us at support@brandpenthouse.com immediately. We will do our best to correct the issue, but once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the address.

Lost or Damaged Packages for Physical Products

While we take every precaution to ensure your order is securely packaged, Brand Penthouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

In the event of a damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@brandpenthouse.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to resolve it.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for physical products. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or other members of your household. If the package cannot be found, contact the carrier to resolve the issue. Brand Penthouse is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
