Brand Penthouse journals may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are received back in their original packaging and in pristine condition.

To be eligible for return, the journal must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the same presentation in which it was delivered.

Return requests for eligible physical items must be made within 14 days from the original purchase date.

Requests submitted outside of that window may not be accepted.

To be accepted, returned journals must:

• be in original packaging
• be in pristine condition
• show no signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration
  

Items that do not meet these standards may not be eligible for return.

To request a return for an eligible journal, please contact support@brandpenthouse.com within the 14-day return window and include:

• your order number
• the name used at checkout
• the item you wish to return
• the reason for the request
  

If your return is approved, Brand Penthouse will provide next steps.

Exchanges for eligible physical items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
