Upon purchase, Brand Penthouse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased digital product.

This license is granted only after purchase and applies solely to:

• one individual user, or
  
• one brand or business entity
  

For internal use only. No ownership rights are transferred.

You may use the product for:

• your own brand or business operations
• internal workflows and brand development
• team collaboration within your organization (where applicable)
  

Use must remain within the scope of a single brand or entity.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• share, distribute, or transfer access to the product outside your organization
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the product
• reproduce or duplicate the system, templates, or frameworks
• create derivative products, competing tools, or similar systems
• use the product across multiple brands, clients, or businesses
• upload, publish, or make the product publicly available
• reverse engineer or replicate the structure for resale
  

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

All digital products—including but not limited to:

• The Luxury Brand HQ System
• The Luxury Brand Assistant GPT
• All guides, frameworks, templates, and materials
  

remain the exclusive intellectual property of Brand Penthouse LLC. Your purchase grants access under license only.

Certain products require third-party platforms to function, including but not limited to:

• Notion
• ChatGPT (including premium subscription requirements)
  

Brand Penthouse is not responsible for:

• platform access limitations
• subscription requirements
• platform outages or changes

All digital products are final sale.

Due to the nature of digital delivery and immediate access, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

Brand Penthouse reserves the right to revoke access to any product if this Agreement is violated.

Upon termination:

• access must cease immediately
• any downloaded or duplicated materials must be destroyed
  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brand Penthouse shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of the product.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
